Susheal Yoga Studio Celebrates Graduation Ceremony in Grand Style

Hyderabad, Oct 29th: Yoga plays a significant role in promoting mental well-being, vitality, a healthy lifestyle, and spiritual peace, said internationally renowned senior yoga instructor and trainer Susheel Jain. He was speaking at the graduation ceremony for students who successfully completed the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course, held in a grand manner at Susheal Yoga Studio in Himayatnagar on Thursday. The event marked an important milestone for students preparing to begin their journey as certified yoga instructors.

Through the intensive course, students gained an in-depth understanding of traditional yoga practices, teaching methodologies, human anatomy, yoga philosophy, pranayama, and meditation. Founded by Jain, the studio aims to make traditional yoga knowledge accessible to individuals from diverse backgrounds while promoting a healthy, peaceful, and balanced lifestyle.

Jain, who holds an MBA and previously worked as a financial analyst at Amazon, began his yoga journey in 2002 and started teaching in 2009. In 2016, he left his corporate career to dedicate himself full-time to sharing the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga globally. He travels extensively across India and international destinations, including Bali and Europe, conducting teacher training programmes, workshops, and wellness retreats across disciplines like Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and Aerial Yoga.

Susheal Yoga Studio has earned international recognition as a premier wellness centre in Hyderabad. Smt Rizwana Kareem, a senior student who has been practising Aerial Yoga at the studio for the past four years, noted that students from various countries and across all age groups visit the studio for training. Jain stated that the studio places a special emphasis on fostering mental resilience, personal development, and overall well-being.

The 2026 batch graduates who successfully completed the training and received their certificates included Rizwana Kareem, Anushka, Bhawana, Aparajitha, Sneha, Vijay, and Himanshu. The grand ceremony was attended by Madhuri, Madhulika, Pooja, Nishith Badrigoud, and family members of the graduates in large numbers.
