Vijayawada, | July 2, 2026: Vijayawada is all set to witness one of the region’s biggest community fitness celebrations as the SmartVision Amaravathi 10K Run 2026 takes place on Sunday, July 5, 2026, at Indira Gandhi Municipal Stadium, Vijayawada. Organized by GLOBAL Events & Entertainment and powered by SmartVision Eye Hospitals as the Title Sponsor.
Positioned under the theme “Run for Amaravathi”, the event aims to promote fitness, community participation and active living among citizens of Vijayawada and surrounding regions. The run is expected to attract fitness enthusiasts, competitive runners, youth, families and first-time participants, making it one of the key participative fitness events in the city.
Registrations for the Amaravathi 10K Run 2026 will close on 3rd July 2026. Participants can register across three race categories — 10K Dream Run, 5K Sportive Run and 3K Fun Run. The spot registrations will also be available at the venue on race day, subject to availability. Interested participants are encouraged to arrive early to complete the registration formalities and collect their race kits before the event begins. A Zumba session will also be conducted as part of the event engagement.
