Rama Excavator – a Tata Hitachi dealership – Inaugurates its New Integrated Facility in Karimnagar, Telangana
Karimnagar, April 21, 2023: Rama Excavator, Tata Hitachi’s Dealership in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, inaugurated its new Integrated Facility for Sales, Service, Spare Parts and Machine Care Facility (MCF) in Karimnagar today.
Inaugurated by BKR Prasad, General Manager – Marketing, Tata Hitachi, this facility will be a one-stop-shop for sales, service, and parts. This facility will go a long way in augmenting Tata Hitachi’s footprint in the state.
Tata Hitachi has constantly strived to enhance proximity to customers to service their needs in a timely manner. This integrated facility is yet another step in our continuing endeavour to provide best-in-class service and parts support to our customers,” said BKR Prasad. “This new facility will further bolster our capabilities to ensure maximum reach to customers in minimum possible time,” he added.
Rama Excavator has been associated with Tata Hitachi as an Authorised Dealer since year 1999, covering the districts of Karimnagar, Khammam, Adilabad, Medak, Nizamabad, and Warangal. What started with only around eight machines in Karimnagar now boasts of a population of over 600 machines, enabling Tata Hitachi to consistently maintain market leadership in the catchment area of Rama Excavator.
“We started our operations in Karimnagar with a modest area of 200 square feet and have today inaugurated this facility covering 20,000 square feet,” said Bajrang Bajaj, Managing Director, Rama Excavator. “This facility houses our MCF, office premises, storage, machine yard and a dedicated green space, in line with our, and Tata Hitachi’s, environmental mandate.
The newly inaugurated facility will be able to completely overhaul machines including structure welding, engine repairs, hydraulic repairs, among others. The facility will also keep remanufactured aggregates along with new parts readily available to enable part replacements within the shortest timespan.
As an inaugural offer, Rama Excavator will also be offering 15% discount on parts and service for all the repairs carried out in the machine care facility. “We are confident that this facility will help gain significant traction among customers towards an organised setup for service and parts, and to help them gain more value for the money spent,” said Sanjay Bajaj – Partner, Rama Excavator.
