Hyderabad, June 23 – Mahindra University’s Hyderabad campus was filled with the vibrant spirit of yoga as it commemorated International Yoga Day with great zeal. The university organized a special event on its premises, bringing together students, staff, and professors to immerse themselves in the ancient practice of yoga. The event, aimed at promoting wellness, mindfulness, and holistic well-being, witnessed participants gathering in the serene campus grounds, creating an atmosphere of tranquility for the yoga session led by expert instructors.
The celebration commenced with a warm welcome from university officials, highlighting the significance of yoga in nurturing a healthy mind and body. Participants were guided by experienced yoga practitioners who introduced them to a series of asanas, pranayama techniques, and meditation exercises. In addition to the yoga session, informative sessions were conducted to explore the history, philosophy, and science behind yoga.
