Hyderabad, April 17: As Telangana is all set to celebrate World Heritage Day on April 18th, Udai Omni Hospital, for Orthopaedics and Multispeciality at Chapel Road, Hyderabad, sponsored a 10K Historical Run from Charminar to Golconda Fort to promote our historic Hyderabad and a healthy lifestyle in association with KNR Events and Decathlon. Sri Uppala Srinivas Gupta, Ex-Chairman of Telangana Tourism, flagged off the run at 6 am from Charminar to Golconda taking participants through the alleys to uncover Hyderabad’s rich heritage. Dr Udai Prakash, Hip, Knee Joint specialist, gave all 150 runners from Coimbatore, Pune pan India medals. Dr Udai Prakash himself an avid golfer and biker, encouraged the participants to continue their fitness journey. Dr Raghava Dutt Mulukutla, Chief Spine Specialist, participated in today’s run. He highlighted – the importance of a healthy lifestyle. “We are happy to see the community unite for a positive cause. We are proud to have sponsored such a fantastic initiative, and hope it inspires more people to prioritise their health and wellness.” After the run, the runners enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast at the foothills of Golconda Fort.
